Everybody today knows how
important social media on the internet is. It’s how many of us get our news,
keep up with friends and relatives, and blow off steam with games and instant
messaging. What if such sites existed during the Revolutionary War era? Design
a social media page using PowerPoint for a given Revolutionary War figure,
complete with pictures, quotes, favorites, and other important information.
Task: Using PowerPoint,
design an imaginary social media page of a famous Revolutionary War figure.
You must include the
following:
Cover Page with your
name/class/date (design)
Name with image of him/her
Nicknames (If any) /
Famous Quotes
Birthdate and birthplace
Education and profession
Residence during the American
Revolution
Family (Spouse/Children)
Likes/dislikes
**Include with information
about their contribution to the American Revolution (Either side)
